Refund policy

visionary return and fefund policy. 

At visionary we hope all customers are happy with all products they buy. However if an item arrives and is not the right size or fit you will have 10 days to return the item. As long as the item has no stains or marks it will be perfectly fine. Once we have received the item and we can visibly see no marks or stains we can issue a refund or a different size. 

once an item has left our hands and is in transit anything that happens in that process we are not responsible for and can not issue any refunds.
